Q. Is there a contract to sign?
A. No, you sign no contract, simply pay for each service as it is carried out.
Q. Do I need to irrigate?
A. The professional products we use need no irrigation, you can be completely confident that whatever the weather there will be no scorching to your lawns.
Q. How many visits do I need from you?
A. This is why we offer a free no obligation quotation service, to enable us to discuss your lawns needs, your budget and your expectations. We can then taylor a treatment programme to suit you.
Q. When will I see results?
A. Within a few days you should start to see evidence of the weeds in your lawn dying. Our slow release fertilisers feed your lawn for 2-3 months, but warm damp weather will activate the feed very quickly after application.
Q. How soon can I cut my lawn after a visit?
A. We always inform you of this,
but 3 days is usually enough.
Q. What should I expect to see after scarification?
A. Scarification is the process of dragging out thatch, dead matter from your lawn including much of the dead moss. Your lawn can look rather unsightly after this process, this is quite normal, recovery is a fairly quick one, once the growing season starts.
Q. Do you guarantee your services?
A. Customer service after sales care is very important to us, if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our services, simply call free of charge and we will attend.
Q. Are your products safe?
A. Our fertilisers are not considered to be in any way hazardous. Weed killers are only applied by NPTC qualified staff, in a safe manner, once dried into the leaf (this takes minutes) the lawn can be walked on or played on by children and pets.
Q. Do I need to remember to contact you for each visit?
A. No, we will contact you, once we have agreed a treatment programme with you, you will be added to our 'run' list.
